Patricia “Patty” Ferretti brings a strong transactional foundation and meticulous attention to detail to her real estate practice. With over a decade of experience as a real estate paralegal, she offers clients a clear understanding of the contract-to-closing process and a steady, proactive approach throughout each transaction.
Born and raised in Ecuador and now based in Bergen County, Patty brings both a global perspective and hands-on experience. Her background includes extensive work on residential and commercial real estate matters, where she regularly handled contract review, due diligence, lender coordination, and closing preparation. This experience allows her to anticipate issues early, explain complex steps clearly, and keep transactions moving efficiently.
Patty’s professional experience also includes work with a New York City real estate development team, as well as roles in banking and marketing, giving her a well-rounded understanding of value, financing, and positioning. As a New Jersey licensed Realtor and Notary Public, she bridges the legal and transactional sides of real estate to better protect her clients’ interests.
In addition to representing clients, Patty brings firsthand insight as a real estate investor. Alongside her husband, Joe, also a real estate agent, she has completed a full gut renovation converted into a long-term rental property in Westwood, while also developing a new-construction beach home in the Outer Banks as a short-term rental.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Patty is known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to guiding clients through each step of the process with clarity and confidence.
