NANUET, NY- Howard Hanna | Rand Realty is excited to announce changes to the New York executive team that aims to create a stronger foundation and support in the career of its agents.
Renee Zurlo has been named General Manager of New York. Renee has been working for more than 12 years for the Rand Realty team and will now be working directly with the Managers across all three New York regions.

Denise Friend has been appointed as the new Director of Training and Talent Attraction for all Howard Hanna | Rand Realty. Denise will be leading the training team and working with Joe Rand, CCO at Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, and Karlton Utter Vice President of Career Development of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.
June Stokes who has been part of the Rand Team since 1997 has been appointed as the new Director of Legal Compliance; she will work with Jim Birnbaum and his team of attorneys handling thorny deal problems, and resolving conflicts. June will remain in her role as a Regional Manager for Rockland County and will continue to work with Renee Zurlo and Justin Wrobel, General Manager of New Jersey.
