The Armagno Agency in Jersey City Joins Industry Leader Howard Hanna | Rand Realty

JERSEY CITY NJ: Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, the region’s leading, family-owned residential real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the new acquisition of the Armagno Agency located at 553 Jersey Avenue, Jersey City, NJ. The Armagno Agency will now operate as Howard Hanna | Rand Realty.

The new Jersey City office has a network of 20 agents and will be under the leadership of Anthony Armagno, broker of record and founder of the Armagno Agency established in Jersey City, New Jersey in 1988. Anthony Armagno and his team bring 35 years of experience in the New Jersey real estate market, specializing in high-end homes and condominiums, including rentals and upscale markets.

As part of this transition, the Jersey City office welcomes Harveer Singh as the Jersey City Branch Manager. Harveer has been with Howard Hanna | Rand Realty since 2014, and is a CPA, and licensed Real Estate Broker in New York & New Jersey.  He has been personally acquiring, building, and managing rental properties since 2006.
