Nanuet, NY- Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, the region’s leading family-owned residential real estate brokerage, is excited to announce their expansion to the State of Connecticut with the recent acquisition of the Madison and Post Real Estate Agency. This acquisition will expand the footprint of Howard Hanna | Rand Realty with three new locations in Connecticut: Ridgefield, Stamford, and Westport.

The Connecticut offices add a network of 60 new luxury real estate sales associates, which will now operate under the Howard Hanna | Rand Realty brand and leadership of Nick Germak, broker of record and founder of the Madison and Post Agency, established in 2017. Nick Germak and his team bring over 26 years of experience in the Connecticut real estate market, specializing in high-end homes and upscale markets.
