Phil’s leadership is characterized by his commitment to providing the best tools and training to agents, ensuring top-notch service for clients.
Jerome Jeffrey takes the role of Branch Manager in Briarcliff, NY. Jerome’s extensive background in real estate and his proven track record in agent development make him a valuable addition to the team. His leadership style is focused on providing comprehensive training, innovative marketing strategies, and a strong emphasis on meeting clients’ needs.
Don Dwyer will step in as the Branch Manager for Thornwood, NY, bringing a wealth of experience in real estate. Known for his expertise in real estate financing, business development, sales processes, strategic planning, and building strong relationships, his approach to management focuses on maximizing Realtor potential and fostering growth. This positions his office for continued success. Dwyer is set to replace Deborah DiMiceli, who is retiring as manager of the Thornwood office after nearly two decades of successful leadership. DiMicelli plans to continue her career in real estate sales following her retirement.
