Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty Announces New “1,000 Open Houses” Campaign this Spring

Record-Breaking Busy Spring Homebuying Season Predicted; 1,000 Open Houses to be scheduled throughout the Hudson Valley and Northern New Jersey

Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty has kicked off the spring season with its new “1,000 Open Houses” campaign throughout the Hudson Valley and Northern New Jersey. With 1,200 agents and 28 offices serving Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties in New York, as well as Bergen, Passaic, and Morris Counties in New Jersey – Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty is the No. 1 real estate brokerage firm in the Greater Hudson Valley.

With the number of potential buyers increasing as the weather gets warmer, spring is historically the peak home-buying season. Open Houses receive more traffic in the spring than at any other time of year.

According to Matt Rand, Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty CEO: “Our Open Houses have had amazing traffic already this season. We’ve had some beautiful, sunny weekends and Daylight Savings has given us longer days and evenings. Our goal now is to hit the 1,000 mark with the number of Open Houses we host throughout April.”

He added, “Based on this early traffic and our new campaigns, we are predicting that this spring is destined to be among the busiest we’ve ever had.”
